This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside the proceeding in Rc.No.D1CS/6358/2014, dated 19.09.2014, issued by respondent No.2 whereby he has suspended the petitioner’s authorization in respect of fair price shop No.25 of Jakkalacheruvu Village, Gooty Mandal, Anantapuram District, pending enquiry.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP), on written instructions from respondent No.2, submitted that by another proceeding in Rc.No.D1CS/6358/2014, dated 19-11-2014, respondent No.2 has revoked the impugned suspension order and restored the petitioner’s authorization by holding that the charges framed against him are not grave in nature and that the explanation filed by him is convincing.
In view of this subsequent event, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the same is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.44120 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
