JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 13.06.2013 passed in W.P. No. 7459 of 2008. 2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader R.MAHADEVAN,J.
nv appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated 13.06.2013 has been complied with. They have also produced a copy of the proceedings of the respondent in g/K/m2/5260/2008 dated 31.07.2013 to that effect.
3. Recording the same, the contempt petition is closed.
