(By Sri.M.B.Anirudh, Advocate) ...Petitioner ...Respondent This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to call for the records ad quash the order impugned dated 6.8.2014 passed by the IV Additional Civil Judge and JMFC, Mysore on I.A.No.III in O.S.No.180/2013 vide Annexure-E.
This Writ Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ Group, this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R Plaintiff in O.S.No.180/2013 on the file of the IV Additional I Civil Judge, Mysore, has come up in this Writ Petition impugning the order dated 06.08.2014 passed on I.A.No.3.
2. When this matter is taken up for consideration this day, the stage of the original proceedings in O.S.No.180/2013 is looked into in the e-courts website of Mysore District. On going through the same, it is seen that O.S.No.180/2013 has already been disposed of on merits by judgment dated 06.08.2014. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition as the same has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
