This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to execute the non-bailable warrant issued by the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet by producing the accused before the trial court for the purpose of trial of the case in CC No.1863 of 2015 pending on his file.
2. When this matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that on surrendering the accused Ramesh before the Special Court, CCB/CBCID, the non-bailable warrant issued against him came to be recalled on 12.05.2017.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
