JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and 6 and Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for R4 and R5.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition seeking for appropriate relief. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdraw. It is open to the petitioner to file a writ petition seeking for appropriate relief. No costs.
