ORDER:
The short grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that his representation, dated 15.09.2014, given to respondent No.2 for permitting him to replace his old vehicle with new vehicle is not being considered.
Sri L.Arun Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, submitted that respondent No.2 may be directed to consider the petitioner’s representation.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, respondent No.2 is directed to consider the petitioner’s representation, take a decision thereon and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.38708 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
