THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Mr.Vinaya Keerthi N, Learned counsel for the petitioner.
Mr.H.Manjunath, Party-in-person.
Mr.Vijay Kumar A. Patil, learned Additional Government Advocate as amicus curiae.
After the arguments were heard, learned counsel for the petitioner has placed a memo seeking leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
2. In the aforesaid memo, the prayer made is that adverse allegations made against the learned counsel for the petitioner in the order dated 02.08.2019 be withdrawn.
3. I have considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner. From close scrutiny of the order dated 02.08.2019, it is evident that no adverse allegation with regard to either conduct or behavior of the learned counsel for the petitioner has been made in the order dated 02.08.2019.
With the aforesaid clarification, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
The appreciation for assistance rendered by learned amicus curiae is placed on record.
