ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in initiating disciplinary proceedings vide Memorandum of Proceedings No.15014/Maj- 03/MC/Disc/STPP(S)/2014-2386, dated 23.06.2014 and enquiry report dated 12.09.2014 as illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently set aside the same.
When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that no orders need be passed in the present writ petition and the same may be closed in view of the proceedings issued by the 2nd respondents dated 09.10.2014.
Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
