ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondents in allotting seat to the petitioner in M.P.Ed., Course as illegal and arbitrary.
At the hearing, Sri Ravulapati Sreenivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that after filing of this writ petition, the respondents have allotted a seat to the petitioner and that therefore, the grievance of the petitioner stood redressed.
In the light of the above submission of the learned counsel, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.37568 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
