The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case in C.C.No.1726 of 2012 on the file of the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai has already been disposed of and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
