This Writ Petition has been listed before this Court on the observation of the learned Single Judge that it is in the nature of Public Interest Litigation. The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition feeling aggrieved of the action of respondents 2 to 4 in not considering his representation dated 15.01.2014.
We are of the view that there is no provision of law under which the respondent authority is obliged to consider the representation made by the petitioner.
Hence, we dismiss the Writ Petition. No costs.
Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
