This petition coming on for Orders, this day, the court made the following:
ORDER This petition is filed by the petitioner/accused No.5 under Section 439 of Cr.P.C, seeking his release on bail for the offences punishable under Sections 364-A, 341, 323, 324 read with Section 149 of IPC, registered in respondent – police station in Crime No.171/2017.
2. Heard the arguments of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/accused No.5, so also the learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for the respondent-State.
3. I have perused the grounds urged in the bail petition, FIR, complaint and other materials placed on record.
4. Learned High Court Government Pleader submitted that the alleged offence is under Section 364A of IPC which is a serious offence and investigation is still going on.
5. In view of the said submission, without expressing any opinion of this Court on the merits of the main petition, the petition is hereby disposed of with liberty to the petitioner/accused No.5 to approach the concerned Court immediately after completion of investigation and filing of the final report.
