JUDGMENT / ORDER

ORDER: (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice Vilas V. Afzulpurkar) Alleging non-compliance of the orders of this Court in WP.No.19336 of 2001 dated 24.08.2009, the present contempt case is filed.
2. The operative direction in the aforesaid order was to consider the case of the applicants/respondents for regularization in terms of G.O.Ms.No.212 dated 22.04.1994 or G.O.(P).No.112 dated 23.07.1997, as the case may be, in the light of the judgment of the Supreme Court referred to in the said order.
3. In response to notice before admission ordered, respondent No.1 has filed a counter affidavit together with a copy of the proceeding under which the cases of the applicants (petitioner herein) was considered under order dated 05.11.2009 in Rc.No.2391/1997-B2-FTCW and after examining the respective cases, it was concluded that their case does not fall within the parameters of the GO’s aforesaid, hence rejected.
4. Since the respondents have already considered the case of the petitioner and passed a detailed order, as directed by this Court, nothing further survives for consideration in the contempt case.
The contempt case is accordingly dismissed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, he is granted liberty to seek redressal thereof in appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. The miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
