2. The aforesaid fact is not disputed on behalf of the Petitioner. In this regard, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has also made an endorsement to the effect in the Contempt Petition.
3. In view of the fact that the encroachments were removed on 11.09.2017 and also this Court, taking note of the fact that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.8013 of 2015 dated 13.07.2015 was complied with, the Contempt Petition is closed, as nothing survives for adjudication.
