The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to register and investigate the petitioner complaint dated 03.08.2011 in accordance with law.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the de-facto complainant, the CSR has been issued, later on investigation was completed and complaint has been closed as no further action is required.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
