JUDGMENT / ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in C.S.R.No.254 of 2011 in pending on the file of 3rd respondent to 2nd respondent and consequently direct him to proceed in accordance with law.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the de-facto complainant, the CSR has been issued, later on investigation was completed and complaint has been closed as no further action is required.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
