M. Ahammed Haji vs The Secretary

High Court Of Kerala|25 May, 2000

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Apprehension of the petitioner is that Ext.P5 objection submitted by him will not be considered in the timing conference which is convened by the respondents on 31-12- 2013. This court finds no basis for such an apprehension. If the petitioner is an existing operator in the route in question, he has got every right to participate in the timing conference and to raise objection. Needless to observe that the respondents should consider such objection and take an appropriate decision.
2. Therefore the writ petition is disposed of with the above observations permitting the petitioner to participate in the timing conference.
