Learned counsel has relied upon the decision in the case of Nitinbhai Saevatilal Shah Vs Manubhai Manjibhai Panchal reported in 2011(0) GLHEL­SC 50319 and the order passed by this Court in Criminal Revision Application No. 549 of 2010 (Coram: M.R Shah,J.). The matter is adjourned to 25th January 2013. In the meanwhile the learned trial court may not proceed with the hearing of criminal case No. 3878 of 2002 till 25th January 2013. Page 1 of 2
