When the matter was called on 07.08.2014, in view of absence of any representation, this Court directed the matter to be posted under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Today also, when the matter was called in the pre-lunch session, none appeared for the petitioner, as such, this Court passed over the matter. When the matter is again taken up in the post-lunch session, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. This indicates that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.
For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed. No costs.
