This Criminal Petition is filed to quash FIR in Crime No. 138 of 2012 of Keesara Police Station, Cyberabad, for alleged offences under section 418 and 420 of IPC.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that Police after completion of investigation filed charge sheet.
4. In view of completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as ‘infructuous’ giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet.
