This Criminal Petition is filed to quash FIR in Crime No. 38 of 2012 of I-Town Police Station, Nalgonda for offences under section 420, 506 read with section 34 IPC against the petitioners and others.
2. None appeared for the petitioner.
3. Advocate for second respondent submitted that Police have completed investigation and filed charge sheet on 30/6/2012, therefore, the matter has become infructuous. He has produced copy of final report dated 30/6/2012.
4. Considering the same, this criminal petition is dismissed, as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet.
