The sole relief claimed in the instant petition is for issuing a direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No.175 of 2018, within three months.
This Court is not inclined to issue any such direction in a suit instituted recently taking judicial notice of the fact that large number of old cases are still pending before the same court.
The petition is accordingly dismissed.
