SUBSTITUTION APPLICATION Contention of the learned counsel is that the sole petitioner, Laxmi Narain died on 27.04.1993, and substitution application for bringing on record his heirs and legal representatives was moved well within time on 19.07.1993. Record in question reflects that said substitution application was not traceable. Learned counsel has supplied copy of the said substitution application, the same is directed to be treated as part of record.
Since the application was moved well within time, it is allowed.
Legal heirs of deceased petitioner Laxmi Narain, viz. Saheb Lal (son) and Smt. Sukhdei (widow of predeceased son, namely, Ram Gopal) are directed to be substituted as petitioner Nos.1/1 and 1/2, and in front of the name of Laxmi Narain a note be made "since deceased".
