The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the Judge, Small Cause Court, Allahabad to decide the Mutation Appeal No.05 of 2017, within specified time frame.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the court is already fixing dates in the matter and on the last date, it granted adjournment on payment of cost of Rs.100/-.
In such view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further direction is required to be issued in the instant matter.
The petition stands disposed of.
