Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing for some time in this matter, wants to withdraw this Public Interest Litigation.
The Court cannot compel any litigant to continue with the proceedings. We dismiss this Public Interest Litigation as being withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh one in accordance with law for understanding of the Court, not the way it has been filed. No order as to costs.
Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
