Public Prosecutor ORDER The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.3843 of 2016 dated 30.12.2016 by the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, directing the petitioner to surrender her passport and further condition that she shall not leave the country without obtaining prior permission from the trial court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order, she had already surrendered her passport and also complied with the condition.
3. In the above circumstances, it is always open to the petitioner to make appropriate application before the court concerned court and as such this petition for modification is not maintainable before this Court.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
