1. This appeal has been filed by sole appellant- Lula @ Chunna son of Ram Kishan. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar vide letter dated 23.04.2018 has informed that sole appellant-Lula @ Chunna, has died about 15 years back. This report has been submitted after making inquiry as per this Court's Circular dated 18.01.2017. The appeal, therefore, stands abated.
