JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by RAJIV SHAKDHER,J.)
1. Issue notice. Ms.Hemalatha, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
1.1. With the consent of counsels for parties, the appeals are taken up for final hearing and disposal.
2. The appeals are preferred against the common order dated 18.05.2016, passed by the CESTAT.
2.1. By virtue of the impugned order, the CESTAT, has dismissed the applications filed, for early hearing.
3. Counsel for the appellant says that, sufficient reasons were set out in the applications for expediting the hearing in the matter.
4. We have heard the learned counsel for the appellant, and considered the record. Having considered the record and the submissions advanced, for the moment, we do not wish to interfere in the matter. In our view, if, the appellant were to move an application after a lay over of four (4) months from now, we are sure, that the CESTAT will consider the same favourably.
5. Liberty, in that behalf, is granted to the appellant.
6. The captioned Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are disposed of in the aforementioned terms.
