This Court, by order dated 15.04.2016, in W.P.(MD).No.7330 of 2016 directed the respondent herein to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 04.04.2017, within four weeks from the date of receipt of the order. Since the respondent herein has not complied with the same, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition.
2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, by producing a letter dated 15.09.2016, submitted that the order passed in the writ petition has already been complied with and nothing survives in this contempt petition.
3.Recording the above submission, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
