JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for KSRTC.
2. The case of the petitioner is as follows:
The petitioner is working as provisional conductor at Vellarada Depot of Kerala State Road Transport Corporation. In the 2008 Pay Revision Agreement entered into by the Management and the Trade Unions, there was a proposal to regularise the service of provisional employees including conductors having eight years service. Accordingly, the Corporation recommended the name of 1353 Conductors to the Government. Being not included the name of the petitioner in the list furnished to the Government for regularisation, this writ petition is filed. The petitioner submitted Ext.P3 representation before the 1st respondent.
3. In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to dispose of Ext.P3 representation within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
This writ petition is disposed of as above.
