Padma Priya Morris ..Respondent Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to quash the Complaint dated 29.6.2011 against the petitioners in C.C.No.2589 of 2011 on the file of the X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.
For Petitioners : Mr.K.F.Manavalan For Respondent : M/s.Auxilia Peter ----- ORDER The quash petition has been filed by the parents-in-law of the respondent against the proceedings initiated against them in C.C.No.2589 of 2011 on the file of the X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai-8 under Sections 12, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

2. The Respondent/Complainant appeared through her counsel.
Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the Respondent.
3. It is submitted that the complaint dated 29.6.2011 filed by the Respondent against the Petitioners has been withdrawn on 01.07.2014 and the counsel has also produced a copy of the order of withdrawal from the Magistrate's Court.
4. In view of the representation made by the learned counsel for the Respondent/Complainant that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties, nothing survives in the quash petition, the petition is closed.
