Order:
This Writ Petition is filed with the grievance that some miscreants have been misusing the release order given in favour of the petitioner and distributing the essential commodities meant for distribution through his fair price shop through another shop without reference to the petitioner.
In my opinion, the allegations, if found true, are serious in nature and such actions need to be nipped in the bud. The Collector (CS), Srikakulam District, is, therefore, directed to hold a thorough enquiry into the allegations made by the petitioner. He shall put the petitioner on notice within one week from the date of receipt of this order, hold a detailed enquiry and redress the grievance of the petitioner. If he finds truth in the petitioner’s allegations, he shall take such measures, as are necessary, to prevent such illegalities in future.
Subject to the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.44196 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
