1. Heard Mr.D.D. Vyas, learned Senior Advocate with Mr.Dhaval D. Vyas, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Ms.Kalpana Brahmbhatt, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and Ms.Nisha Thakor, learned A.G.P. appearing for respondent No.4.
2. As pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner-Trust has already disposed of the land in question and sale deed has been executed. The petitioner-Trust is, therefore, no more owner of the land in question.
3. Hence, the petitions are not entertained and are hereby dismissed. Notice is discharged. Status-quo granted earlier stands vacated. No order as to costs.
4. It is however, made clear that the dismissal of these petitions will not prejudice the rights of the parties in Special Civil Application No.8997 of 2011, which has been admitted by this Court today.
