Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.B. Yadav, the learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
Undisputedly, the petitioner as per his own disclosure had appeared for document verification sometime in 2013. He is also stated to have appeared for medical examination in 2015. The writ petition carries no disclosure of the results of the aforesaid exercises.
Consequently, the Court finds no ground to entertain the petition at the behest of the petitioner after six years in respect of actions taken by the respondents and which attained finality.
The petition is dismissed.
