Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the applicant contended that this is a case of police encounter however it is no injury case. In fact, applicant was falsely implicated in this case. He is in jail since 17.3.2010.

In view of the aforesaid fact without expressing any opinion on merit, let the applicant Lokendra @ Pujari @ Sapera be released on bail, in Case Crime No. 587 of 2009 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 504 IPC, P.S. Mirhachi, District Etah, on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
