Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have perused the record.
The instant petition has been filed challenging the order dated 31.08.2018 passed by the VIIth Additional District & Session Judge, Bulandshahar by which the delay condonation application seeking condonation of delay in presenting Civil Appeal against the judgment and decree dated 22.05.2017, has been allowed.
I have perused the application seeking condonation of delay and also the affidavit filed in support thereof and the order passed in the said application.
I do not find any good reason to interfere with such an order that serves the ends of justice.
The petition is dismissed.
