Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioners are working as seasonal collection amin. By the instant petition, petitioners seek the following relief:
"(i) Issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 to regularize the services of the petitioners on the post of the seasonal collection Amins in accordance with law under the proviso of U.P. Collection Amins' Service Rules 1974 after counting the working days of the petitioners as 6 years 1 months 5 days in place of 4 years 4 months 12 days of the petitioner no. 1 and as 3 years 8 months 21 days in place of 1 years 11 months 18 days of the petitioner no. 2."
Reliance has been placed by the petitioners on the communication dated 31 March 2015 issued by the office of the Tehsildar Tehsil Sasni, District Hathras, addressed to the District Magistrate, Hathras.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the second respondent shall pass appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.
In regard thereto, without entering into the merit of the case, as well as, rival contentions raised by the respective parties, it is provided that the second respondent, District Magistrate/Collector, Hathras, shall consider and decide the grievance of the petitioner, by a reasoned and speaking order, expeditiously, preferably, within four months from the date of filing of certified copy of this order along with the copy of the writ petition.
With the aforementioned observations/directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
