Issue notice to the respondent by registered post acknowledgment due.

List for orders after expiry of six weeks on the date fixed in the summons, by which time the said respondent may file a counter affidavit.
In view of the fact that an injunction order was operating against the respondents during the pendency of the suit, we hereby restrain the defendant from alienating the property in dispute during the pendency of the appeal.
