Meanwhile, the operation and execution of the judgment and award dated 1.2.2012 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/ Special Judge (E.C. Act), Agra in M.A.C.P. No. 907 of 2010, shall remain stayed provided the appellant deposits 50% of the amount awarded by the Tribunal within four weeks. The claimants shall be entitled to withdraw the entire amount deposited. Any amount already deposited shall be given adjustment. The Registry is directed to remit the statutory amount to the concerned Tribunal within three weeks.
