Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State.
By means of the present 482 application the applicant is praying to quash the entire proceedings of S.S.T. No. 697 of 2017, State Vs. Lokesh and others as well as impugned cognizance order dated 02.06.2017 passed by learned ACJM-Ist, Budaun, arising out of impugned charge sheet dated 28.04.2017 in case crime no. 676 of 2016 under Sections 354, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3(2)(V-ka) SC/ST At, P.S. Bisauli, District Badaun.
The present application is not maintainable accordingly, the application is dismissed with liberty to avail the remedy available under the law.
Officer is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order to learned counsel for the applicant on his supplying the photo copy of the same.
