It appears that a Class III vacancy has been advertised by respondent no. 4-Institution against which the petitioner has also applied. Grievance of the petitioner is that the terms of recruitment have been subsequently altered and the petitioner's candidature is not being examined as was expected in terms of the applicable government order.
From the materials placed on record it does not appear that any approval has yet been granted to the appointment against the post of Assistant Clerk. The issues on fact which are sought to be raised at this stage by the petitioner, need not be adjudicated, inasmuch as, the Inspector is expected to advert to all such aspects while granting approval. It would be open for the petitioner to represent in the matter. The Inspector shall proceed to examine such claim of the petitioner also while granting approval to the selection itself.
Subject to the aforesaid observations, this petition stands disposed of.
