Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos. 1, 3 and 5 and Sri Sanjay Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that similar controversy is engaging attention of this Court in Writ No. 13582 of 2019 in which this Court had fixed 1.10.2019 and directed that till then no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner, therefore, this case may also be connected alongwith aforesaid writ petition.
Put up this case on 1.10.2019 in the additional cause list alongwith connected matter.
Till then, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners.
