The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent no.5, which is a minority institution, is engaged in some illegal activities. We find that the petitioner has other option to avail the alternative remedy under the relevant statues to raise his grievance, if there is a violation of any matter by the respondent no.5.
We do not find it a fit case to interfere in this proceedings. Public Interest Litigation is, accordingly, dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to adopt such remedy which is available under the law.
