ORDER Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
After arguing the matter to some extent, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to file an appropriate application before the trial Court.
Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed of with liberty as sought for.
Needless to state that, if such an application is filed before the trial Court the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law.
