JUDGMENT / ORDER

This contempt application has been filed for punishing the opposite party for willful disobedience of the order 2.8.2013 passed by this Court in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 33934 of 2013 ( Loknath Sharma vs. State of U.P. and others) by which opposite party no.1 was directed to decide the representation of the petitioner/applicant within a period of two months but even after expiry of two months no decision has yet been taken.
Learned standing counsel is directed to seek instruction from opposite party no.1 as to why pursuant to the order of this Court dated 2.8.2013 decision has not yet been taken.
Put up as a fresh case on 13th May, 2014.
