Sole prayer is to decide the application which has been filed by the petitioners on Tehsil Diwas dated 20.03.2018.
The Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil-Kheragarh, District-Agra shall decide the application, after allotting a number to it and after seeing that it is inconfirmity with Rule 22 of U.P. Revenue Code, Rules 2016, within two months from the presentation of a certified copy of this order.
If any application for interim relief is filed, the same shall be decided within one week after a number is given to the application.
The writ petition is disposed of.
