Petitioner has filed an application before the authority concerned for change of his nominee, on the ground that he has divorced his wife, who was his earlier nominee. Petitioner now wants his daughter as nominee in the service record. In that regard, he has moved an representation before the S.S.P., Ghaziabad. Hence this petition.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that in case the grievance of petitioner has not yet been considered, the same shall be examined, in accordance with law.
Considering the above, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach respondent no.2, alongwith certified copy of this order, within two weeks from today. In case such a claim is raised, the same shall be examined by the authority concerned, in accordance with law, within a further period of two months, thereafter.
