1. After some argument, Sri Satish Chaturvedi assisted by Sri Ashutosh Sharma, learned counsel for the appellant states that he may be permitted to withdraw this appeal with liberty to pursue the matter in the department.
2. Sri Sanjay Kumar Om, learned Counsel for respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4 and learned Standing Counsel for State have no objection to aforesaid request.
3. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
