Vide order dated 13.12.2017 this Court had issued notices to the applicants to engage some other counsel for the reason that Sri S. Alim Shah the then counsel had died.
In pursuance of the said order dated 13.12.2017 the notices has been served personally to the petitioners for which office report has been furnished on 20.5.2019.
The matter is very old belonging to year 2002 and it appears that applicants are not interested in the case.
The application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as infructuous.
However, it is open for the applicants to file appropriate application for recall, in case cause of action is surviving.
