Sri Birendra Pratap Singh, the learned Standing Counsel has placed on the record instructions, which for the purposes of identification, are marked as "X". On the basis thereof, it is stated that no encroachments were found to exist except on Plot No. 358 Ga. In respect of this plot, the Court is apprised that proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 have already been initiated and are pending since 2016.
Learned Standing Counsel states that the proceedings so initiated shall be taken to their logical conclusion in accordance with law and with due notice to all affected parties.
The petition stands disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
